Adult Lesson FAQ

Am I too old to start tennis?
Absolutely not. Tennis is a lifetime sport played by people of all ages. Many adults start in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
I haven't exercised in years. Can I still play?
Yes. We'll adjust the intensity to your fitness level and gradually build your endurance as your skills develop.
What's the difference between private and semi-private for adults?
Private lessons give you 1:1 attention. Semi-private lessons pair you with one other player of similar level at a lower per-person rate.
How quickly will I improve?
Most adults notice meaningful improvement within 4–6 lessons, especially in consistency and confidence.
Do I need to be athletic to play tennis?
No. Tennis builds coordination and fitness over time. We start with fundamentals and progress at your pace.
Can I take lessons with my spouse or partner?
Yes! Semi-private lessons are perfect for couples who want to learn together.
