High School Training FAQ
When should I start preparing for tryouts?
Ideally 6–8 weeks before tryouts. This gives enough time to address technical gaps and build match confidence.
Do you work with players who have never played on a team?
Absolutely. Many high school players start their competitive journey with us before their first tryout.
Can you help during the season too?
Yes. We offer in-season training to maintain skills, work on specific opponents and prepare for key matches.
Do you train doubles players?
Yes. We cover both singles and doubles strategy, positioning and communication.
What if my child plays other sports?
We can work around other sport schedules and focus on tennis-specific skills that complement athletic development.
